Souschef is a chef driven USDA food manufacturer out of Seattle Washington. Souschef’s mission is to take the mental energy, shopping, food prep and clean up out of eating clean, healthy, and delicious meals on a daily basis so you can focus on what is important to you.
“As a chef and fitness enthusiast, I found myself at the gym having conversations with other like-minded individuals about the lack of quality, healthy food meal options. Most of these individuals were busy professionals (like me) with families that wanted healthy ethnic meal options that didn’t taste like cardboard. I brought some samples to the gym and they were an instant hit! I started selling these meals through local gyms in the Seattle area. What began as a small operation in my kitchen turned into something that I can now see is a way of life for many people. What we are delivering here at souschef is much more than delicious meals, it is quality time with family which is invaluable.”
